DESCRIPTION
Xande's Decree lets you create nearly any type of effect. For example, xande's Decree can do any of the following:
- Duplicate any black mage or white mage spell with an MP cost of 12 or lower, provided the spell is on the black or white mage spell list or your own spell list (if any).
- Duplicate any other spell of 9 MP or lower
- Undo the harmful effects of many powers, such as mind control, geas/quest, or insanity.
- Produce any other effect whose power level is in line with the above effects, such as a single creature automatically hitting on its next attack or taking a –7 penalty on its next saving throw.
A duplicated spell allows saving throws and spell resistance as normal
Casting xande's decree requires channeling magic through specially-treated crystals that cost 1,500 gp. The magical energy in the crystal is consumed in the manifestation and the crystal becomes inert and has no value.
Note: Xande's Decree counts as the miracle spell for all purposes.
