DESCRIPTION
A burst of frozen air assaults your foe. Make a ranged touch attack to a target within range. Should you hit, you deal 1d6 + casting modifier points of ice damage, and move them 10 feet in a straight line away from you. If the movement is stopped by a solid object or creature, deal an additional 1d4 wind damage for every 5 feet of movement remaining. A successful save negates the movement.

Active Augment: For every two points of MP spent, you deal an additional 1d6 points of ice damage and increase the movement by 5 feet.
