DESCRIPTION
You envelop your opponent in gusts of wind, dealing 11d4 of wind damage. Additionally take 1d4 + casting modifier points of wind damage per round for 1d4 rounds. Successful reflex halves damage and negates the DoT.
Active Augment: For each additional two points of MP spent, you deal an additional 1d4 points of wind damage.
Passive Augments:
Twister II (16mp): All dice become d6’s. Duration increases to 1d6 rounds. Area of effect increases to 15ft radius burst.
Star Twister (20mp): All dice become d8’s. Duration increases to 2d4 rounds. Area of effect increases to 30ft radius spread.
