DESCRIPTION
Everything about the target changes into that of a toad, a most loathsome creature. The target becomes toaded. This spell counters and dispels itself, allowing Toad (the spell) to be cast to remove Toad (the condition).
Passive Augment
Perma-Toad (19 MP): The spell’s duration becomes permanent. If the effects of the spell are not undone in a year’s time, the target can never revert to their original form.
