DESCRIPTION
This spell causes your hand to glow with an eerie radiance of nothingness.
Your melee touch attack deals 1d4 points of non-elemental damage. In addition, the target takes a -1 penalty on saving throws for one round on a failed Will save.
Active Augment: For each additional point of MP spent, you deal an additional 1d4 points of damage. At 5 MP spent and every 4 additional MP spent thereafter, the penalty to the target’s saving throws increases by an additional -1.
