When you select this feat, choose one of the benefits listed below that matches the flavour of your noble family. Work with your GM to ensure that your choice is appropriate.
Scion of the Arts: You gain a +1 bonus on all Perform checks, and Perform is always a class skill for you. If you have the rhythm ability, you are treated as one level higher to determine the effects and saving throw DCs of songs.
Scion of Decadence: When using Bluff to send a secret message, you gain a +5 bonus to the check and only deliver a wrong message if you fail by 10 or more.
Scion of Industry: You gain a +2 bonus on Knowledge (engineering) checks and can make such checks untrained as well a +1 bonus on a single Craft skill of your choice.
Scion of Lore: You gain a +1 bonus on all Knowledge skills in which you have at least 1 rank. This stacks with the whisper of clairvoyance benefit from the echo's whisper feat.
Scion of Magic: You gain one of the following languages as a bonus language: Abyssal, Aklo, Celestial, Draconic, Infernal, or Sylvan. You also gain a +2 bonus on Spellcraft checks. Special: Garleans may not choose this benefit.
Scion of Peace: Whenever you take 10 on a Wisdom-based skill, treat the result as if you had rolled a 13 instead of a 10.
Scion of War: You may use your Charisma modifier to adjust Initiative checks instead of your Dexterity modifier. Special: Garleans may use their Intelligence modifier, rather than Charisma.
Special: Garleans may use their Intelligence, rather than Charisma, to qualify for Noble Scion and any feats that list it as a prerequisite.
