DESCRIPTION
A mighty burst of wind weakens your enemy’s defenses. Make a ranged touch attack to a target within range. Should you hit, you deal 1d6 + casting modifier points of wind damage, and your opponent receives a -2 penalty to armor or natural armor, whichever is greater. A successful save negates the penalty.
Active Augment: For every two points of MP spent, you deal an additional 1d6 points of wind damage and increase the penalty by 1.
