DESCRIPTION
A huge column of water falls over the target, dealing 5d6 points of physwater damage. For 2d4 rounds, all additional water damage done to the target is increased by 5. Successful reflex halves damage and negates effect.

Active Augment: For each additional two points of MP spent, you deal an additional 1d6 points of physwater damage.

Passive Augments:
Deluge II (13mp): All dice become d8’s. Effect duration extends to 2d6 rounds. Extra water damage increases to 10.
