DESCRIPTION
You propel a surge of scalding water towards your foe. Make a ranged touch attack to a target within range. Should you hit, you deal 1d6 + casting modifier points of water damage, and at the start of each of your target’s turns for the duration, the target may make a reflex save or take an additional 1d4 fire damage. Succeeding a Reflex save negates this spell.
Active Augment: For every two points of MP spent, you deal an additional 1d6 points of water damage and 2 points of fire damage.
