The Troll is a large humanoid with a hideous grin plastered on its face. It has an impossibly dense skull (although some possess surprisingly thin skin) and regenerates damage. Its gangly arms are among the weakest of other Giant-class monsters, but its impossible tenacity and mind-bending japery has reduced the calmest warriors to babbling and empty shells of their former selves.

Adventurers of almost any caliber have a universal reaction of "Oh gawd. It's another troll."

Very often, when the troll gets tired of fighting, he gives a mighty cry of "Later, n00bs! TROLOLOLOLOL….." and runs off.
