I'd figure I'd plop down some work I'd been doing since I got into the system. It's more of a flexing of my knowledge of the system, and these creations can be converted into your various technological beasties, I'm sure. Mostly here I have detailed the Pantheon series of Reploids, more or less ripped straight from the games.
PANTHEONS
Pantheons are Reploids modeled after Megaman X, yet they possess no face. Instead they have a single cyclopic red eye, giving way that they are inhuman and devoid of emotion. Many variants of the Pantheon type exist in play, but all have the base appearance of a blue humanoid robot. Pantheons tend to come in large groups, and always have plentiful allies to call to the forefront.
Pantheon Zombie (Level 20)
Broken down or re-booted Pantheons that have long since lost their purpose. They are the robot undead - able to infect their victims with a couple of mean maladies. They drip fluids and spark with malevolence. Ironically these reploids show the most personality of all the Pantheons — evil. They seek to tear apart foes and turn them into more of their own.. whether wholly organic or not. Pantheon Zombies tend to come in groups of four to six. Zombies are typically found in junk or scrap heaps.. or battlefields where they could have risen once again.

Pantheon Bomber (Level 25)
Sneaky little buggers, these Pantheons like to hide and ambush parties with their bombs whenever possible. They tend to number one or two in a combat, and always in the back lines behind sturdier Guardians, Zombies or Hunters. They will often try to run away if they take more than fifty percent of their health, but fortunately their health isn't very high.
